Building Capability for a New Way of Working
When the COVID-19 lockdowns accelerated the shift to remote work, Fidelity Life recognised the need to help employees make the most of Microsoft 365. While teams had quickly adopted tools such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, experience levels varied across the organisation, creating an opportunity to build confidence, consistency, and capability. With approximately 250 employees, Fidelity Life wanted to move beyond basic usage and equip people with the skills needed to collaborate, communicate, and work effective in a digital-first environment.
Working closely with Fidelity Life, Kambium designed and delivered a tailored enablement programme focused on practical, day-to-day use of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. The objective was simple: help employees work smarter, collaborate more effectively, and gain confidence using the tools already available to them. The programme combined facilitator-led sessions with supporting resources, ensuring employees could continue learning long after the workshops had concluded.

“Fidelity Life partnered with Kambium to deliver in-depth training to our people to help them get more from Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
Kambium have been incredibly responsive to our changing needs. They were able to quickly update training guides as our processes and systems evolved, and swiftly adapted to delivering training online as we moved back into lockdown.
The trainers did an amazing job facilitating 14 online workshops via Teams. Feedback from these 3-hour long workshops was overwhelmingly positive, with our people coming away with a wide range of new skills and knowledge, as well increased confidence in the use of these applications. This has resulted in a noticeable lift in communication and engagement – especially while working remotely – as well as greater efficiencies from more online file sharing and collaboration.
If you’re looking for high quality, effective training on the Microsoft suite of products, we’d highly recommend Kambium.”
