What Was Needed
The organisation was experiencing significant technology uplift with multiple technology initiatives being delivered under a wider technology program. Multiple business units still utilized Skype for Business for their telephony needs. Alongside the implementation of a contact center solution, Suntory Oceania needed to migrate the identified business units to Teams Calling.
Our Solution
Kambium delivered the Change Management services required to support the successful migration to Teams Calling The change component supported the Suntory Oceania Change Manager by developing the necessary communications plan and artefacts, including visual aids for multiple channels. Training was developed in collaboration with the Technical leads from both One NZ and Suntory Oceania to ensure messaging and training was customized to the organisation.
