He’s worked across sectors as diverse as finance, law, health, not-for-profit, and technology, building a reputation for practical, strategic advice.

Today, Rhys partners with clients as a trusted IT Advisor and part-time IT Manager, helping them strengthen governance, policies, and compliance frameworks in response to rising regulatory and insurer expectations. He also leads digital enablement initiatives, ensuring technology investments drive measurable value across their business.

Rhys holds ITIL and Microsoft certifications and is known for his calm, pragmatic approach to complex challenges.

Jassen is a seasoned IT and business advisor with over 30 years’ experience leading enterprise-level change, digital transformation, and strategic IT initiatives. He has a proven track record of driving measurable improvements in operational efficiency, resilience, and business performance.

Known for his ability to bridge technical and business priorities, Jassen excels at leading cross-functional teams, building strong stakeholder alignment, and delivering practical, outcome-focused solutions. His expertise spans business insights, strategy, continuity planning, advisory services, and adaptive change management.

Dinesh brings over 15 years of experience in change management, training design and delivery, and continuous improvement across sectors including telecommunications, public health, and supply chain.

He is passionate about helping organisations identify business needs, build internal capability, and embed sustainable ways of working. At Kambium, Dinesh has led numerous end-to-end change initiatives, with particular expertise in change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and learning design.

Known for his versatility, resilience, and strong analytical skills, Dinesh excels at distilling complex information into clear, actionable solutions. His collaborative approach fosters strong, long-term relationships with clients.

As Kambium’s Business Development Manager, Leon brings a unique blend of behavioural science, strategic thinking, and deep human understanding to every client conversation. With a background in behavioural coaching, he has worked closely with executives, senior leaders, and high-performing teams to drive meaningful, sustainable change.

Based in Aotearoa New Zealand, Leon has built a reputation for being outcome-focused, logic-driven, and disarmingly insightful. He draws on techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and philosophy to help individuals and organisations unlock potential and navigate complexity.
