What was needed?
The firm was looking to deploy Microsoft Teams Calling across the organisation and required delivery of Teams Calling training for the internal training team (Train the Trainer) and pilot groups.

Our Solution
Kambium worked with Craigs Investment Partners to create “Train the Trainer content and materials” in Teams Calling. Kambium then delivered training to the internal training team and pilot group. This was followed by a post training survey and analysis of this was presented to Craigs. Following feedback from the pilot training and survey Kambium were selected to deliver training to all staff at Craigs.
